Orthodontic Group of the Finger Lakes offers web-based access to your or your family's account information 24-hours a day, seven days a week through ViewPoint WebAccess. There is no charge to you for this service.
Through VP WebAccess you can:
- View your account balance, amount due and payment history
- Pay your balance online with a credit or debit card
- Verify date, time and procedure for the next appointment
- View any reminders about the appointment
- Read correspondence history
To sign up for this service, simply let us know what your e-mail address is next time you stop in to our office. We will then provide you with your initial password and instructions on how to register. If you want to pay online, you can provide us with a credit or debit card number.
